At Coastal Strands Extensions, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure your products arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.

Local Pickup: Licensed stylists in the Myrtle Beach, SC area can choose local pickup at checkout for added convenience.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Coastal Strands is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Because of the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your extensions must:

Be unused, unaltered, and uninstalled

Remain in their original packaging with security ties intact

Be returned within 7 days of delivery
If these conditions are met, you may return the product for store credit or exchange.
Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used extensions

Final sale or clearance items

Custom color orders
How to Request a Return

Email us at coastalstrandsextensions@gmail.com In subject line type Return and your order number ,upload photos of your return and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll quickly replace the item or provide a store credit once the issue is verified.
